Ocean Catering Company is under the creative culinary leadership of Chef Shane McIntosh; a classically French trained Chef with over 18 years of experience in fine dining and catering.

Before creating Ocean Catering Company, Shane worked for ARAMARK food Services and simultaneously held positions of Executive Chef and Food Service Director for local Atlanta clients UPS-SCS, ALLTEL Communication, Solvay Advanced Polymers and Lucent Technologies. Shane has notable professional experience at the legendary James Beard House in New York City, the ultimate in excellence Main Dining Room of the Ritz Carlton Hotel in San Francisco and Major Motion Picture sets of The Firm, The Client, People vs. Larry Flynt and Mystery Train.

Design, decoration and presentation for OCC are under the creative control of Sage Stewart. She brings over 12 years experience in retail merchandising, graphics design and food styling with a natural eye for detail.

Business planning, guidance and support are provided by bMac Consulting Company of Atlanta, GA, a nationally respected leader in business consulting.

the geographic landscape of inland Atlanta, but from a beloved source: my son.
